Hi Guys!

How are you holding up? Things have been crazy around the world, considering what’s going on. If you’re like me, a person who loves to go to the gym, you miss it very much. To keep me busy and active, I’ve decided to get into home workouts; below are some of the workouts I’ve enjoyed doing since the quarantine.

I don’t do them all everyday, but I do switch it up every other day.
