The Jim and Neesie hosted its second Pasta Making Class & Dinner Series with Chef Daniel Roy on September 25th and it was nothing short of a good time. The class starts at 7 PM and ends around 12AM since Miamians don’t know what being on time is.
The class consists of making pasta dough and a five-course meal varying different pastas all for $100, and trust me you’ll leave with an ultimate food baby.
Cheddar & Corn Fritters
Beef Satay Skewers
and Fresh Crackling Squid
Hamachi Crudo with Shiitake soy ginger dressing, sliced avocado and crispy quinoa
Burrata Salad with local arugula, tomatoes, balsamic dressing , and charred bread
Angel Hair Chittara with little neck clams and shrimp in a shellfish broth
Veal Shank Chittara with truffle pecorino, mushrooms, and chives with spicy crumbs
And ended the night with a Passion Fruit Panna Cotta with grapefruit segments and a citrus crumble
